Yesterday's Visitor

I've seen the little hummingbirds enjoying nectar from the honeysuckle blooms, but yesterday was the first time I saw one go to the feeder this year.

I can sit at our dining room table and watch these little jewels flitting about. They always make me smile.

I can't manage to get my little digital camera to take a decent pic of the hummers. The shutter speed is too slow.
Fabulous picture. We love the hummers at our house. I know you'll think I'm crazy, but when the nectar is gone in their feeder, they come hover outside the window to my office---true story!
