Central Florida Seminole High School in Sanford, Florida, is a 6A football high school. Last night they won the state football championship semi-final game at their home stadium in Sanford. Way to go guys!
What’s really special about this team is one of their players. They are extremely blessed to have a super player named Ryan. He’s not only a great football player, but he happens to be a great grandson. We’re so proud of him!
Ryan is mainly a wide receiver for the Seminoles, but also occasionally plays corner on defense, and is the long snapper. He’s versatile, and pardon my bias, but he’s GOOD. (When I double-checked I got the facts right with The Farmer, he said I should also mention Ryan is a really good looking guy, too!)
Next week the Seminoles will play in the state championship game at what used to be called the Citrus Bowl Stadium in Orlando, Florida. They’re playing North Miami High School, if The Farmer got his facts straight. The North Miami High School has a really tough team that has scored at least 40 points in their last 4 football games in the play-offs, so Ryan and the Seminoles will really have to be on their game.
The Farmer would dearly love to be there to see Ryan play, but admits he never thought when he scheduled his knee replacements that the team would go so far. So he’ll still be in the Rehab Hospital and unable to attend Ryan’s game.
But you can bet our thoughts will be with Ryan and his team!
