On Guard!

in Life on the Farm

I went outside the other night to check on something. Checking me out was our super-duper watch dog. He wants to know everything that's going on! Most of the time, I take him with me when I'm wandering around at night. He's got a lot of muscles and teeth, so I figure he makes a pretty good body guard. He doesn't ask for much in the way of pay either, just some praise and a pat on the head.

Sometimes dogs are also woman's best friend.

He looks solid. I don't think I'd worry about much with him guarding me.

He is VERY solid. He runs around all the time, so gets lots of exercise, so lots of muscle!

He's a beauty – and look at the size of that paw! He seems to take the whole guarding-business *very* seriously. :-) What's his name?

He's not just a large one, he's a large one w/ a puppy's energy & attitude… any dog that can just about bowl ME over is not one to be trifled with! :)

Good point! Yes, he still thinks he's a puppy, and I think maybe suffers from ADHD! He is definitely ENTHUSIASTIC! ;-D))
