There doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day to scrub water bowls.

Ceecee, why don't you send your dogs my way and we'll see if they'd lick them clean. ;-)

I hear ya. I dump out the sludge every other day or two in the winter and sometimes wipe it down with my hand, but no scrubbing. It's too cold and no algae is growing anyway.
Unique little earthworm surprise! Did the chickens enjoy them?

You're so funny. :) My chicken water gets dumped about every day, but only scrubbed out good---maybe once a week in the summer.
